Terms Of Use

The user terms below set out the basis on which you (the user accepting these terms, referred to in these user terms as “you”) may use the Learn It LMS® eLearning platform. You must, at all times when using the Learn It LMS, comply with these terms and the General Terms and Conditions of the Learn It Online website (together, the “User Terms“).

BY CLICKING ACCEPT YOU AGREE TO THE USER TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE USER TERMS YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE LEARN IT LMS.

    1. are an authorised user of an organisation that has an existing, in-force subscription agreement with Learn It Online Limited in respect of the Learn It LMS; or

    2. are an authorised user of an organisation that has an existing, legitimate ‘free-trial’ agreement with Learn It Online Limited in respect of the Learn It LMS; or

    3. are an authorised user that has an existing, legitimate subscription via the Pay As You Go (PAYG) service

    1. access, store, distribute or transmit any viruses, or any material during the course of its use of the Learn It LMS that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, racially or ethnically offensive or is discriminatory based on race, gender, colour, religious belief, sexual orientation or disability;

    2. attempt to copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute all or any portion of the Learn It LMS (or any associated software and/or documentation) in any form or media or by any means;

    3. attempt to de-compile, reverse compile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise reduce to human-perceivable form all or any part of the Learn It LMS (or any associated software);

    4. access all or any part of the Learn It LMS (or any associated software and/or documentation) in order to build a product or service which competes with the Learn It LMS (or any associated software and/or documentation);

    5. use the Learn It LMS (or any associated software and/or documentation) to license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, display, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit, or otherwise make the Learn It LMS (or any associated software and/or documentation) available to any third party except the Authorised Users, or

    6. attempt to obtain, or assist third parties in obtaining, access to the Learn It LMS.

3. You understand that the content made available on the Learn It LMS is for information purposes only and under no circumstances is Learn It LMS recommending or advocating the use of any specific medication or procedure, whether referenced as part of the content or otherwise. Accordingly, you should base clinical decisions on the risks and benefits of a particular treatment or medication on my own experience as a medical practitioner.

4. Learn It Online reserves the right to disable the Authorised User’s access to any material that breaches the provisions of this agreement.
